With over 12 years experience in the mortgage and financial industry, Dan McLaughlin is committed to excellence in customer service during the financing process. Whether it’s a purchase or a refinance, Dan believes in educating his clients with the knowledge of the mortgage market and the products available to accomplish their short-term and long-term goals.

A top producer with a loyal customer base, Dan understands the worries of obtaining a mortgage and offers an unparalleled level of communication to keep the client aware of every aspect of the process.

Dan is also adept at analyzing the clients’ entire financial position. He can add direction in certain areas with the strong network of professionals developed in the community.

Dan has acquired the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) designation, which has only been attained by a handful of Mortgage Planners in the state of Missouri. He understands that at different times of their life people have different priorities such as a first time home purchase, college education, and even elderly care. The client may be interested in investment or second homes and, with his experience and training, he can help protect those assets from capital gains and estate taxes.

He graduated in 1995 from the University of Missouri and is married with 2 kids. In his spare time his favorite thing to do is spend time with his family. He enjoys times boating, golfing, and following the Cardinals. He also has long term investments in residential property that he manages, which adds to the knowledge that he passes along to his clients.
